Sales/Marketing Assistant

Salary (£22,000 - £30k dependent on experience (full time position based in Hendon, London)

We require a Sales/Marketing assistant to work for a well-respected Respiratory Mask UK distributor that provides specialist respiratory products and PPE to the UK, Ireland and Scotland.

You will be responsible for driving sales via marketing activities and supplier interaction, increasing growth of sales across all regions in UK, Ireland and Scotland and supporting the Sales Director and his Associates/Affiliates with administration duties. 

You will develop knowledge of our extensive range of healthcare products to ensure our customers receive the best quality of products resulting in them recognising and recommending us as experts within the healthcare industry.

Main Responsibilities 

Sales and marketing activities to local Hospitals, local healthcare businesses and government bodies

Product demonstrations, upselling and providing quotes and pricing to customers 

Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times

Manage order bookings, and liaise with the WHS to ensure all products are picked and sent for delivery in the correct timeframes

Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in time

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Ensure all social media platforms and website is updated correctly at all times

Managing email inbox and other administration duties You will have previous experience in marketing or business development and have a healthcare background or medical knowledge.

Experience of Sales and Marketing preferably from the healthcare industry

Excellent at multi tasking and good attention to detail

Experience of using ERP/CRM Systems

Comfortable using Microsoft word and Excel

Excellent written English

Degree educated (BSC Hons)
